I’m a Behavioral Health Care Specialist, graduate of East Carolina University, and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling student through North Carolina Central University online.

Current Focus

Academic Growth

  • Currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at North Carolina Central University

  • Will most likely be adding Addictions coursework, intending to get my Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist credential alongside my CMHC and Licensed Professional Counselor credentials

Professional Development

  • I have taken the Adult Mental Health First Aid course and am certified through June 2028.

  • I have a Coursera certificate from the “Work Smarter with Microsoft Word” course and am working on the Excel and PowerPoint courses now.

  • I am working as a Behavioral Health Care Specialist in Wilmington, NC, and am excited to be working hands-on in the mental health field.
